Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges policy:
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged products, delivery of wrong products, unopened or unused products. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to customercare@theirregularmode.com
All returns need to be returned to the original packaging.
Returns that are damaged, used or altered will not be accepted.
Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost of returns and exchanges.
We strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping, as we won’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue a refund of the cost of the item(s) excluding the standard shipping fee that we pay for to send your order.
Damages and issues
We are glad to help with damaged items. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number, and your shipping information to customercare@theirregularmode.com. We will follow up with next steps within 1-3 business days. In some instances, we may require the physical return of a damaged product so that the proper accommodation can be appropriately evaluated.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
